I have Inboxer. When I first got it I went from over 100 spam
messages a day in my inbox to only a couple.

I've since switched to Outlook 2003 and it does a pretty good
job by itself. In conjunction with Inboxer, I only get about
one spam message through in a week with no good mail blocked.
